Announcing WLT’s 2021 Pushcart Prize Nominees

The editors of World Literature Today are delighted to announce our annual shortlist of Pushcart nominations for 2021. Pushcart Prize XLVII will honor the best poetry, short fiction, creative nonfiction, and essays published by small-press magazines and book publishers. WLT’s six nominees include:

As 2021 comes to a close—and amidst the ongoing global crisis of year two of the pandemic—WLT’s editors would like to thank the many writers, translators, reviewers, contributing editors, University of Oklahoma colleagues and students, and readers who make World Literature Today a vital contribution to the conversation about international literature and culture.
